Pierced my tongue last Saturday, took it off today, due to a red bump that has been underneath my tongue for 4 days.

How to get yourself motivated even though the things that you are doing right now is really putting you down. I'm having a stiff neck right now, due to my sleeping pattern yesterday night. Bloody stiff neck.
